Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both of us, please take note of the following: Booking: All discovery calls must be booked online through the scheduling system. This helps keep everything organised and ensures you get a time that works for you. Respect for Time: Time is valuable for both of us. Please arrive on time for your call so we can make the most of our session. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or rearrange your call, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for a session. No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled call without prior notice, I will assume you are not yet ready for coaching. Respecting each other's time is important, so if you do not reach out with a valid reason, you may be unable to book future sessions with me. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to connecting with you!
